The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF COLORED PEOPLE (NAACP) is celebrating its 112th Anniversary. During this Black History Month, the Volusia County Daytona Beach Branch of the NAACP is sharing its history.

Treasurer, Executive Committee: James Ashley, Thaddeus Collins, Kim Brown Crawford, Dr Walter Fordham, Nakeesha Howard Harris, Ima Jackson, Dr Willie Willie Kimmons, Jessica Miles, and Dwayne Murray. Emeritus- Joretha Hayes and Samuel Rogers.
