Tony Servance has thrown his hat in the arena for The City of Daytona Beach Commissioner - Zone 2. If elected commissioner on November 3, 2020 Servance will bring "A New Voice with A New Vision" for Zone - 2. Servance is an independent thinker who believes that communication is key. He lives by the principle, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. His core values are work, community and respect for his neighborhood. Diversity in his life work experiences and many leadership roles makes him unique in his ability to work with everyone.
Servance has worked in the private sector, worked for the State of Florida and Federal Government, consulted on program development which involved those living in poverty, homelessness, substance abuse, infectious disease, foster and elderly care and youth services. He served 20 years with the Job Corp, and 30 years in Human Services. A Trailblazer in local government, Servance became the Chairman of the Planning Board and a member of the Beachside Redevelopment Board. He holds memberships in multiple local organizations He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Bethune-Cookman University in 1996. Servance then continued his studies as a student in the Public Administration Graduate Program at the University of Central Florida.
